What data we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the Dream Tracker service:

Account information: Your email address and name when you create an account.
Goal and activity data: Your daily logs, goals, streaks, vision statement, reminder preferences and settings — all entered by you.
Push notification token: A device token used to deliver reminders to your phone. This is anonymous and does not identify you personally.
Authentication data: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.

We do not collect your location, contacts, camera, microphone or any other device data.

How we use your data

To provide the Dream Tracker app and sync your data across devices
To send you push notifications at the times you choose
To generate your personalised performance reports
To improve the app based on usage patterns (aggregated, never individual)

We never use your data for advertising. We never sell your data to third parties. We never share your personal data with anyone except as required to operate the service (e.g. Supabase for database hosting).

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely on Supabase, hosted in the EU (Ireland). Supabase is GDPR-compliant and uses industry-standard encryption.

Push notification delivery is handled by our own server hosted on Railway. Only an anonymous device token is stored — not your name or email.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the UK or EU, you have the following rights:

Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
Objection: Object to how we process your data.

Cookies

Dream Tracker does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. We use only essential session cookies required for authentication (keeping you signed in). These cannot be disabled without breaking the app.

Children's privacy

Dream Tracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Dr Nyema's Dream Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.

The service

Dream Tracker is a personal goal tracking and accountability app. It provides:

Daily goal logging across 7 customisable categories
Performance reports, insights and streaks
Daily scripture and motivational quotes
Push notification reminders
Cloud sync across devices

The App is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription features in the future. Free features will remain free or you will be given reasonable notice before any changes.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse engineer, copy or redistribute any part of the App
Use automated systems to interact with the App
Upload harmful, offensive or inappropriate content

Paid subscriptions (future)

When paid features are introduced:

Subscription fees will be clearly displayed before purchase
Payments will be processed securely through a third-party payment provider
Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge
Cancelling a subscription ends access to premium features at the end of the billing period

Intellectual property

The Dream Tracker App, including its design, code, content, scriptures selection, and features, is the intellectual property of Dr Nyemahame Okwu. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

Your personal data (goals, logs, vision, notes) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of content you enter into the App.

Disclaimers

Dream Tracker is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep the service reliable, we do not guarantee:

That the App will be available 100% of the time
That it will be error-free or bug-free
That push notifications will always be delivered (this depends on your device and OS)

The App is not a medical, psychological or financial service. Any content within the App (including coaching reports) is for motivational purposes only and should not replace professional advice.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@nyemahame.com. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
